About Us
Lenora Fernandez
I’m a counselling psychologist who works with teens, adults, and families navigating different challenges and transitions in life. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, trauma, career or education-related stress, and periods of change that may leave them feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.I believe therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. I place a strong emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration, authenticity, acceptance, and trust. My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself, explore your experiences openly, and feel supported without judgment. My approach is client-centre, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw from Psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness, and Systems perspectives, depending on what feels most relevant to your needs and goals. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I adapt my approach to each individual and their unique experiences.I value the role that personal history, relationships, culture, and life experiences play in shaping how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. Together, we can explore patterns, develop greater self-awareness, build practical coping strategies, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change. For me, therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about creating a space where you can better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Mili Reddy
I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, families, and educational communities through their emotional, academic, and personal growth.I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Hypnotherapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to provide compassionate, client-centred support.Over the years, I have worked across leading schools and counselling settings, as well as with juvenile offenders and at-risk youth. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, emotional wellbeing, academic and career decisions, relationship concerns, and personal development.I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. My role is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop the tools and confidence to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.I am multilingual and fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu, with an understanding of Tamil and Malayalam. This allows me to offer culturally sensitive support that is tailored to your individual experiences, needs, and journey.
What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so here’s what you can expect.Your first session is mostly about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and any questions you may have about the process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time, together. From there, we’ll usually meet once a week in a space that’s confidential, supportive, and free from judgment. Each session is an opportunity to explore what’s on your mind, understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and build practical tools to navigate thoughts, emotions, and relationships.Therapy isn’t a quick fix. It’s a collaborative process where progress often happens gradually, through honest conversations, reflection, and consistent work. You set the pace, and we adapt our approach as your needs change. Most importantly, therapy is a partnership. We’re here to listen, guide, and offer a different perspective. The insight, choices, and growth are ultimately yours.

What is Online Therapy?
Online therapy is a convenient and secure way to access professional counselling and psychotherapy from wherever you are. Sessions are conducted through a secure online platform using real-time video conferencing, allowing you to have a face-to-face conversation with your therapist, much like an in-person session. What concerns do we handle?
Professionally trained to support individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and interpersonal concerns. We offer evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, personality-related concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. We also help individuals navigate relationship challenges, work- and study-related stress, adjustment issues, lifestyle concerns, family conflicts, parenting guidance, anger management, time management, and communication difficulties. Our approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, providing a safe and supportive space to foster growth, resilience, and overall well-being.What concerns do we not handle at the Mile space?
Our services are not intended for individuals experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis that requires immediate intervention. We are unable to provide online therapy for concerns such as active suicidal thoughts, imminent risk of self-harm, alcohol or substance intoxication or withdrawal. If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these situations, we strongly recommend seeking immediate assistance at the nearest hospital or emergency department, where you can access appropriate in-person care from a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, social worker, or other qualified healthcare professional.During such times, we also encourage you to reach out to a trusted family member or friend who can support you and help you access the care you need as quickly as possible. How long does a session last?
Sessions are for 50 minutes. Can we find a solution in one session?
Therapy is a journey, and it is unlikely that all of your concerns will be fully addressed in a single session. Emotional and psychological difficulties are often layered and take time to understand, process, and work through. For therapy to be most effective, it is important to establish clear goals and work towards them in a structured and collaborative manner. Each session is designed to build on the previous one, helping you make meaningful progress at a pace that is appropriate for your needs. The success of therapy depends on open communication, mutual trust, active participation, and regular feedback throughout the process. We request that clients respect the scheduled session timings. However, in exceptional situations where additional time is clinically necessary to address an important concern, you may request an extension. Such requests will be accommodated only at your therapist's discretion and subject to their availability. Any extension beyond the scheduled session duration will be billed on a prorated basis. Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Therapy sessions are confidential, and information shared during sessions is kept private. Confidentiality helps create a safe and trusting space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.
There are, however, certain legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality. These may include situations where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, or when disclosure is required by law.
The limits of confidentiality will be discussed with you at the beginning of therapy, and whenever possible, your consent will be sought before information is shared.Do you provide invoices?
Yes, a system generated invoice will be emailed to your registered number immediately after the payment. Can international clients book sessions?
Absolutely, we do work with international clients. However, if during the course of therapy we feel that you may benefit more from in-person support, we would discuss this with you and recommend exploring an appropriate therapist or service in your location.Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate requests to reschedule your appointment. Our rescheduling policy is as follows -
Rescheduling 24 hours or more before your scheduled session:
If you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment, your session may be rescheduled at no additional cost with the same therapist.Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled session:
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as your therapist has reserved this time exclusively for you and may not be able to offer it to another client at short notice. We will be happy to schedule a new appointment for you. Please note that the cancelled session fee will be forfeited, and the full session fee will apply to the new booking.
